Frequently asked questions

How the managed procurement-response service works — response times, submission, scope, pricing, and compliance — by service line.

RFP Response

How long does an RFP response take?
Our managed service targets 10-business-day turnaround for most RFPs. Complexity, page count, and specialized requirements may extend this window. We'll provide a timeline estimate during intake.
What's included in your response service?
Technical narrative, past performance, staffing plan, pricing, and compliance sections. Our AI identifies requirement gaps, flag risk areas, and ensures evaluation-criteria alignment. You retain full editorial control.
Do you handle classified or CUI content?
No. We handle unclassified, standard commercial or government solicitations. If your RFP includes CUI, we refer you to a cleared partner firm.
What's the pricing model?
Per-response pricing based on page count and complexity. Win-share pricing is available for high-value opportunities. We offer volume discounts for ongoing work.
Can you integrate with our existing proposal team?
Yes. We work as an extension of your team or independently. Some customers provide initial drafts; others rely on us end-to-end. Your intake conversation sets the scope.

SLED Bidding

Which states and local jurisdictions do you cover?
All 50 states, plus major metro and county procurement portals. We maintain registered vendor profiles and track active solicitation releases across each.
How do I know if a solicitation is a fit for my company?
Our AI screens every active solicitation against your company profile: size, location, certifications, and past performance. We surface only qualified opportunities.
What's your submission quality standard?
Every bid is reviewed against portal requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance checklist before submission. Late submissions and non-compliance are rare.
Do you handle sole-source or limited-competition bids?
Yes. We can prepare responses for any SLED solicitation type. Sole-source and limited-competition bids are often faster and higher-win-probability.
What's the turnaround for a SLED bid?
Most SLED bids are prepared within 5–7 business days. Expedited turnaround is available for high-opportunity deals.

FCA Analytics

What data sources do you analyze?
SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, agency-specific contract databases, and historical performance data. We aggregate public records to identify pipeline and competitor trends.
How far back does your historical data go?
We analyze contract awards back to 2010 for most federal agencies. Some specialized databases extend further. We'll specify timeframes during your intake.
Can you identify pipeline opportunities?
Yes. Our pipeline analytics flag upcoming solicitations, amendments, and recompete notices. We track agency spending patterns and forecast future demand.
Do you compare me to my competitors?
Yes. We profile your key competitors: win rates, average contract values, and typical contract types. We identify gaps where you can grow.
How is this different from a market-research report?
We integrate data into ongoing strategy, not just deliver a static report. Quarterly updates, real-time pipeline alerts, and personalized growth recommendations are part of the service.

Still have a question? Bring us an active solicitation and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.
