RFP Response

We respond to your RFPs. You focus on delivery.

A managed proposal team for federal small-business set-asides, full-and-open competitions, and 50-state SLED solicitations. We draft, review, price, and submit. You sign and deliver.

24-hour first-draft SLA on shred-and-respond engagements. Engagement letter governs every submission.

What you get

Full proposal drafting

Sections L/M response, technical narrative, management volume, past performance, and quality assurance, all aligned to your win themes.

FAR/DFARS compliance review

Required clauses cross-checked against the solicitation. Compliance risks flagged before submission, not after award protest.

Pricing volume support

Cost-narrative drafting, basis-of-estimate templates, and indirect-rate review. We don't set your price. We make it defensible.

Capture-strategy review

Quarterly pipeline workshops on Growth and Scale tiers. Bid/no-bid framework, Pwin scoring, and color-team timing.

Audit-trail by default

Every revision, every reviewer comment, every submitted file is hash-chained in our audit log. Defensible if a competitor protests.

24-hour shred-and-respond

On qualifying solicitations under $5M with a 5–15-day window, we hit a 24-hour first-draft SLA. Bangladesh delivery pod + on-call US lead.

How the engagement runs

1

Intake & qualification

30-minute intake call. We review your active pipeline and certifications. We confirm scope and quote the engagement structure.

2

Engagement letter signed

Retainer tier selected. Win-share schedule attached. CUI policy acknowledged (we operate non-CUI; CUI engagements are referred to a US-citizen partner firm).

3

Solicitation triage

Each solicitation lands in your customer portal. We mark it bid/no-bid within 24 hours with a recommendation memo.

4

Drafting & compliance

First draft within SLA. Compliance check against required clauses, page limits, and submission format. Two color-team reviews before submission.

5

Submission & post-award

We file via the agency portal of record. On award, the win-share invoice generates against year-1 obligated value.

In scope vs. out of scope

In scope

  • Federal solicitations under federal small-business set-asides (8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB)
  • Federal full-and-open solicitations where a small prime is bid lead
  • All-50-state SLED solicitations
  • GSA Schedule and MAS responses
  • IDIQ task-order responses on awarded vehicles

Out of scope

  • ×Engagements requiring CUI handling (referred to US-citizen partner firm)
  • ×Classified solicitations (FCL is required and we don't carry one)
  • ×Non-procurement legal work (we are not a law firm)
  • ×Foreign government procurement (US federal and SLED only)

Scope is governed by the engagement letter; this list is descriptive, not exhaustive.

FAQ

How long does an RFP response take?

Our managed service targets 10-business-day turnaround for most RFPs. Complexity, page count, and specialized requirements may extend this window. We'll provide a timeline estimate during intake.

What's included in your response service?

Technical narrative, past performance, staffing plan, pricing, and compliance sections. Our AI identifies requirement gaps, flag risk areas, and ensures evaluation-criteria alignment. You retain full editorial control.

Do you handle classified or CUI content?

No. We handle unclassified, standard commercial or government solicitations. If your RFP includes CUI, we refer you to a cleared partner firm.

What's the pricing model?

Per-response pricing based on page count and complexity. Win-share pricing is available for high-value opportunities. We offer volume discounts for ongoing work.

Can you integrate with our existing proposal team?

Yes. We work as an extension of your team or independently. Some customers provide initial drafts; others rely on us end-to-end. Your intake conversation sets the scope.

Want to talk through a specific opportunity?

Bring the solicitation. We'll tell you whether it's a fit and what the engagement would look like.
